Sharon Browne
Sharon Browne is Director of the Early Learning Program for the Martha O’Bryan Center in
Nashville,Tennessee.
The Early Learning Program works with high-risk children, ages 1–5, to ensure the strong and healthy development of their social-emotional, language, and literacy skills. Ms. Browne has been the Executive Director of the Tennessee Association for the Education of Young Children and the Nashville Area Association for the Education of Young Children. In her long career in early childhood education, she has also served as a NAEYC Validator and as a Regional Trainer for developmentally appropriate practices for infants and toddlers. Ms. Browne has owned and operated two childcare facilities and has coordinated the infant-toddler program and technical support for Bright Horizons. |
